How do I join Landmark MILEs?
  • Landmark MILEs program is linked to every car owner who is buying car from Group Landmark Brand vehicle showrooms. (after the launch of program)
  • If you wish to be a part of this industry first initiative, kindly contact your nearby Landmark showroom for easy registration.
How do I earn and redeem points?
Earning: Points are credited automatically to your membership ID whenever you make an eligible transaction at a Group Landmark outlet, including service, accessories, insurance, finance, or a car purchase. There is nothing to claim or scan.

Redeeming: 1 point = Rs 1. At billing, tell the advisor or cashier how many points you want to use, then confirm the redemption with an OTP. Your MILEs discount will be applied immediately.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Points are valid for 1.5 years from the date they were earned, on a first-earned-first-used basis. Your account shows exactly how many points are expiring in the next 90 days, and we send a reminder 30 days before any expiry.
I have more than one car. Do they share one account?
Yes. All vehicles registered against the same mobile number roll up into a single membership, so points earned across your cars pool together and count towards one tier. You can add another vehicle from your account under Profile → My vehicles.
Points are not credited in your account. What do I do?
Kindly connect with our support team on 7069102222. Kindly furnish purchase details during the call.
Can I transfer points to a family member?
Points are linked to your membership and are not transferable between accounts. However, anyone can redeem against a bill for a vehicle registered under your membership — just have the OTP sent to your registered number at billing.
